About the SBAC
The SBAC is a non-partisan, member driven organization representing over 1000 members across the Chicagoland area that promotes the success of small business through political advocacy, networking, support services and educational programs. You can learn more about them at their website.
Support Small Business
Individual small businesses do not have a voice equivalent to their economic value in the marketplace. Chambers of Commerce and other traditional local and small business organizations generally do not include small business advocacy in their mission. Organizations like the Small Business Advocacy Council offer one avenue to providing a voice for small business.
My Support for the SBAC
I am an advocate for small business with a solid history participating in this part of our complex economy. The business playing field is becoming increasingly level with low cost and no cost tools to operate a small business with the same level of precision and management as larger companies. It is a new day and great opportunity to be a small business.
I have joined the SBAC for three reasons:
1) To support the mission of the SBAC to promote the success of small business through political advocacy, networking, support services and educational programs
2) To meet and do business with others whose businesses I value, whose owners I admire and who appreciate the value that I might be able to add to their business proposition
3) To empower small businesses to compete using low cost and no cost tools that help them manage and market their business.
